Hennessy's already turned to gather up the rest of her things by the time he makes his offer. She doesn't respond immediately, weighing the offer against what it might cost her in some nebulous future in which she's forced to take sides in a magic war. She doesn't like having to kill people that she's grown fond of. It seems tacky.

On the other hand, she might actually throw herself into the nearest sea if Ronan keeps showing off all his new tricks and she hasn't even learned how to reliably control her Horizon access.
