One of the skills Kell picked during his stay in Abraxas - he hates thinking they are Singularity given, even if it's true - is that he can sense living things around. He can even see magic - though he hates to use that one even more. Precision of his skills varies, but he knows he can trust them, his hatred for them aside.

"I agree." Now, that's a bit short of an answer. Agree to what? "We should go west. Something is there. Let's hope it's horses and not a group of rage-happy wild boars."

It's not he wants to sabotage their mission. Well, truth be told he most likely wants - subconsciously. He hated the previous royal family, but it doesn't mean he likes the new one. The previous queen was mad and unpredictable, the new ones are just snakes. Not much of an improvement.

But he's not going to drag Wilhelm down with him on his spiral of self-destruction. That's probably the only reason he agreed to take part in this escapade, and is going to make sure it succeeds.
