It's going to be a brand new test for this prosthetic leg Viktor fashioned for him. So far, it's held up to running, light forays into water, and bicycle riding. He's yet to try it out on horseback, though, and it's only his firmly earned confidence in Viktor's work so far that has him willing to try.

A quick glance over at the gelding and, having absolutely no concept of the merrits of choosing that over a mare, he only shrugs.

"Sure, okay." She probably knows what she's talking about way more than he does, so he's not about to question it. He just heads over to prep her, tentatively following through with the demonstrations they were given on correct saddle and bridle placement. As an extra step to maybe win the thing's favor, he conjures up a carrot into existence and offers it out as a bribe. The gelding sniffs it, then cronches it in like two bites, but seems otherwise unaffected. He calls that a win, and leads his chosen mount out of the stable, waiting patiently for her to join him.
