[ Tifa is up bright and early most days, and she'd made sure to get her daily training routine done and finished before the meeting was scheduled to start. It does mean that her long hair is still damp from the bath she took after, but she didn't think it would be very professional to show up here all sweaty.

(She misses showers.)

Ed seems well-meaning, even if she's not sure he's ever run a business like this before. Then again, Solvunn functions differently from a place like the slums, where gil had been the primary language for anything that was done there.

There's quite a few of them gathered around, but Tifa feels the awkward tension that comes when any group of people is suddenly put on the spot. If only to make that stop, she steps forward and reaches to take the Talking Fish from Ed.

Is this what company meetings are supposed to be like? Did they do things like this at Shinra? Somehow she doubts it. ]

Umm. Well, I guess first I'd just like to say that I'm glad that we were all able to meet up like this. [ She looks from face to face with a smile. ] If we're going to work together, it'd be good to get to know each other better, right?

[ She wonders if she should mention the whole "drinking on the job" thing. She wonders if that's why Ed called this meeting, and she worries that she's already rocked the proverbial boat when she shouldn't have, so she doesn't want to comment on that right now. ]

... I was wondering. We haven't had a lot of guests stay here so far, so maybe we should brainstorm some ways to drum up local interest in the inn?
