Istredd did not go to Mechapolis outside of once or twice in curiosity, but he knew it was Viktor's favored place. Istredd rarely left the Horizon or the Nether after a few centuries, preferring the comfort of his home. He does remember the majority of that dream/vision, including their connection and tentative friendship.
