Jesper has a bag of holding slung over his shoulder, it's a bag that looks small but is larger on the inside, and it houses within it at the moment explosives that Jesper put together. Anyone else might be concerned about carrying bombs on their back, but he trusts in Wylan's training on this front, he's pretty sure it'll be fine.
With the tech it's more that he doesn't know if they have to do anything specific to set it up. Or if they need any information out of it that he can't glean. He's a man of action not a man of thought. Jesper waits for Steve to start poking things until it sets something off and he nods, moving toward the next room. They can see the assembly line there, and there is some of that unique tech inside, where they can see how they've been setting up the new armor. And it's clear that they planned on quite a lot of that armor being made, it won't be a small group. Like any good set of weapons, the more the merrier.

That must be where the source of it is. "Wylan would be proud, I've put together one of his better cocktails." It pays to be long-term boyfriends with an explosives expert!
Truthfully, Wylan would not be proud. He would be horrified. But he'd at least be glad they're purposely not leaving bodies behind. Exploding things is fine by him.
