Kyle had chatted with some of the guards while waiting - wondering if the boys changed their minds. He's never been overly strict with Wilhelm about their schedule, not by the standards of his own training. There was no punishment for being late, especially when they first began and it was more important to encourage him. And he suspects reason for the lateness today has to do with the boy Wille's bringing...

"Good morning." Kyle will add the good, anyway. His hair is tied back, and he's dressed in casual, tight-fitting garments meant for allowing movement - fortunately they don't need to worry about the morning chill thanks to the mages here.

He takes a second to study them both, eyeing the sketchbook in Iris' hand.

"You're welcome to join us, if you want." And then, to Wille. "Why don't you show Iris how we warm-up?"
