Open - Mingle!
Who: Everyone!
When: All November
Where: All over Solvunn
What: Working on making ice boxes (aka magic version of fridges) and deliveries
[After the motion was met with enthusiastic agreement, everyone is ready to get down to business. After all, the prospect of cold drinks and keeping food fresh is very exciting - not to mention the potential for ice cream. Especially the potential for ice cream.
The local carpenters will be making the boxes, decorating them with traditional Solvunn aesthetics. Since they're still on the testing stage and not every house has room for one, they're making them in various sizes, from medium chests to actual fridge height. Does your character know anything about woodwork and carving? Maybe they have some ideas for shapes and doors of their own! Or perhaps they get some tree chopping going to help with the wood supply? There's never enough, but watch out for the critters in the forest.
Perhaps your character is more of a thinker - then they can join the engineer talk, since Rocket and Lucy are considering some ideas to recreate the insolation process with local materials (and perhaps a little bit of magic?). Brainstorming is welcome!
Once the boxes are ready, the local ice magic users (Jack Frost, Yuffie, and Himeka) will fill them with ice. Does your character have a spell like that too? Please join them, because there's only so many boxes they can do per day. Frosty buddies must rest too! Even holding the boxes open while the magic is being applied can be of help, considering the tremors that sometimes hit the area. Watch out for any wild frost that may accidentally escape! We don't want to accidentally freeze anyone's fingers. Or nose. Better get some gloves and scarfs ready.
Speaking of magic, the local witches (Julia and Wanda) will be adding the final touch: a spell that will prevent the ice from melting. Any magic users that can do this kind of magic are welcome as well. The witches also need to rest.
Oh, is your character the muscle kind? Then time to do the deliveries! Ice boxes will be provided to businesses first, then to houses. Once the three settlements are covered, they can start offering them to people from other factions. So grab a cart and get pushing! You can deliver the final product, or you can help by taking materials from one person to another in the production "chain". Don't mind the chocobos, they're friendly and happy to help.
If none of this fits your character's skills - welp, no problem! This is a mingle, have your wildcard. Maybe they're just nosy and asking millions of questions. Maybe they help by bringing all the workers snacks and drinks. Anything really - go wild! Just keep in mind, if your character gets too grumpy, Jack will snowball them in the face ❆~.]

open to all
She's been learning Abraxas' version of magic for a while now, but she still wouldn't call herself an expert, so she leaves the spells to those who know their stuff. They're going to need a lot of wood for these boxes, though, and that means cutting down trees. She has some idea of how to do it now after watching Travis during that task they were given some months back, so she procures an axe and dresses appropriately for some lumberjack work, with long sleeves and pants.
If she spots another Summoned on the way out, she'll invite them along. ] Wanna come with? This... might be a two person job.
[ When it comes to the spells, both the freezing and preserving, Tifa does often hang around to watch and see how it's done. She trusts everyone here to do their best work and to know what they're doing, but at this point the project is important to her and she wants to follow as much of the process as she can. That, and she's curious to see everyone's magic firsthand.
She really shines when it comes to delivery duty, though. Whether it's carrying one of the completed boxes to a home or business in the primary settlement, delivering supplies to the production line, or even loading up a small chocobo-drawn carriage to take the completed boxes out to the other settlements, she's on call and ready to put her hard-earned muscles to use.
And, like with any other part of the process, she's happy to have a friend along for the trip. ]

Inside where the ice boxes were being put together, he walks alongside Tifa to pick up a completed box for delivery. He crouches down with his knees, getting a good handhold before looking back over to her.]
On three?

All the same, Tifa's relieved that Cloud checks in with her rather than insisting on doing it all himself. There's no reason for that when they can work together. ]
Right. One, two... three! [ She lifts from the knees, her grip tightening around her side of the box as she takes the weight into her arms. As she suspected, it's really not that heavy with both of them carrying it, and she starts to back up toward the door, glancing over her shoulder to make sure she doesn't bump into anything as they head outdoors. ]
I think we can fit about five or six of them in the back of the cabin. It should make for a pretty good shipment!
[ It's good to have work to focus on. Those nightmares, as well as Cloud's role in them, have been on Tifa's mind more than she would like. But she knows that it wasn't his or anyone else's fault that they all had those strange dreams and visions, and she wants to try and forget about it if she can. ]
