[They both know that this was always meant to come to an end. Aloy has duties back home, and for as much as she'd like to stay and continue enjoying their time together, she knows she can't be selfish. Too many people are counting on her, and she's been gone too long already. Ciri understands that, even if they don't speak of it while they enjoy what they can of these last precious days.

Even if she could stay, the fate of this world is uncertain, too. There's a rift to her version of Earth, and it's her responsibility to close it. Still, goodbyes are difficult. They have a bit of time, still, but that almost makes it worse.

I have a good feeling.

[She's saying that more to be reassuring, than anything else. If the ritual does end them and this world along with it, it's better that their last thoughts are of hope.]

They're going to need help rebuilding, when this is all over.

[A task for those who choose to stay. Aloy knows that there's no rift back to the Continent, but that's what Ciri wants, isn't it?]
