Mmm.

[Nadine isn't so certain all the same rules apply in this world, but that's only a vague idea she has based on Flagg. Geralt knows his body and his system, and he's obviously made of sturdier stuff than your average human.]

They still need to be properly cleaned to heal right. You'll end up with raised ridges that always itch otherwise. Some of these might need stitching...

[Which, at least, she's well prepared to do. With proper sinew thread and needle, not fishing line and an improvised hook. But cleaning first. She abandons her search for anti-infection ingredients and goes for the cleaning solvent instead. At least it isn't the sort that stings, it's supposed to be quite soothing.]
