Every patient I've had so far, actually. I taught myself, back home.

[Nadine keeps her voice light and calm, gently massaging the soothing solvent into Geralt's wounds. This, at least, is something she doesn't mind talking about. And she knows giving the patient something to focus on is important.]

You know Julie, so I assume you know what happened in our world. A few weeks after things calmed down, I found this kid who'd lost a real bad fight with some kind of animal. His leg was...it was a mess, ripped open, infected... And there was nobody else alive in town, I don't even know how long he'd been there, just...like that. So I learned some serious first aid real quick, and learned how to suture someone up from a book.
