[ yes but jaskier doesn’t seem to be complaining about sam carrying him around his house, even in all of his grungy, dirty, sweat soaked clothes. sam wonders if he should have maybe forced jaskier into a bath, first, but figures it’s too late now. ]

You always do. [ take good care, watch over them. sam hesitates for a moment, because he wonders if there is more he should say to really get the point across - that he is here, for jaskier too, that he’s allowed to relax - but jaskier pulls the blanket over his head and sam laughs lightly. ]
