Well to a degree. They obviously still find use for the summoned, if what Kylo says is true about amnesty. The man had no reason to lie to him. Not in that moment. At the moment, he still prefers to keep Ciri away from Thorne where he can. The amount of magic they wield and their obsession with the Singularity is too dangerous where she's concerned.

They know what Thorne wants, and he's beginning to put together what the Free Cities may want, too. Solvunn is a mystery he's yet to crack. The only one he keeps in regular contact with from that place is Amos and the man is hardly a wealth of information on the innerworkings of a settlement.
