It's for the best that Hyth chooses not to ask Link to define a kingdom, for his only points of reference are: Thorne, and a handful of memories of a castle that he has only ever seen the ruins of. He may not have the clearest answers on that subject.

The Calamity, however. That he knows in great detail, more even than he's shared with Zelda herself. He knows, for example, how long and how hard she must fight. If something were to happen to her here... at worst? Hyrule is lost. And at the very least?

She needn't endure any more suffering that he could prevent.

"Yes. Especially here," he answers, without hesitation.
