Deliberate scarcity of fuels, for instance. Perhaps even limited manufacturing facilities, or raw materials to have these machines produced."
And then he smiles, faintly.
"I would posit that the problems with magick are more problems of society. And if this world is as you say, I should think that these issues will not be like to go away with a mere change of means. ...Or am I hopelessly wrong?"
