"If they're fledglings, they probably can't fly this high up yet, so we're not likely to spook any. Takes birds a bit to get their wings all figured out. Likely they'll be either trying to hide, as this is such a populated city full of strange things to'em, or they'll be drawn to food sources."

But he doesn't think a flaming bird can hide very effectively.
