Who: Fandaniel and anyone else
What: Fandaniel searches the city for a pigeon, may or may not accidentally shackle people in the process

Warnings: Fandaniel's nihilism and suicidal ideations.
[Chasing after a pigeon feels beneath Fandaniel's dignity which bothers him because for centuries now he's never thought of himself as having dignity. But if the bird is precious to Aleksander then it is precious to the Ascian who is still determined to find someone who will patronize his research of the Singularity. Maybe, once he understands the Singularity he will find a way to harness its power to destroy himself and everything else.
Luckily for him chasing a bird is easy. Once he finds it he knows he can capture it. He can turn invisible, he can fly, he can teleport, he can bind living creatures in aetherial chains... How could one little pigeon get away from him?
He soars around Cadens, keeping himself invisible as he lifts up high above the buildings and wheels between them. He only drops the spell when he lands.
If others notice him they might see him crouched at the edge of a building, peering around at the streets below. Or they might suddenly dart into his way if they are leaping across rooftops or running through dark alleys and see chains of magical shadow rapidly snaking their way towards them out of nowhere.]
