The factions have been capable of enforcing boundaries, should they wish. The peace treaty alone proved that much, and even now, I would assume there is only so high Grani is capable of flying.

He is less than comfortable with the topic, and there's little denying that much, but... he cannot bring himself to move his head from Hythlodaeus' lap. He knows full well that he has not returned since they had been plagued by nightmares, out of fear for what he might find. A fear that he cannot avoid forever, for all that he means to try.]
