[Aloy proves to be both swift and silent, disappearing into the foliage in the direction she pointed out, apparently more than accustomed to a stealthy approach. Though she's not necessarily a patient person, she understands the necessity of it during a hunt, and is more than content to watch and wait for her moment, once she's positioned herself behind the shape of the creature.

It's difficult to see whether Ciri is in position, so Aloy will simply have to trust that she's there. She waits, perhaps, an extra moment just in case before letting an arrow fly--in the darkness, she doesn't try for accuracy, just wanting to make a noise, startling it and causing it to bolt towards Ciri when the arrow hits the tree next to it with a thunk.
