It's difficult to see whether Ciri is in position, so Aloy will simply have to trust that she's there. She waits, perhaps, an extra moment just in case before letting an arrow fly--in the darkness, she doesn't try for accuracy, just wanting to make a noise, startling it and causing it to bolt towards Ciri when the arrow hits the tree next to it with a thunk.]
