As promised, Ciri meets them on their side of the ravine again while they're chopping wood. She grabs an axe of her own, nodding to Claude and Gideon. However, instead of joining them with what they're doing here, she takes the axe, and jogs away-- using the distraction of Jesper starting the bridge on this side to cross over again.
She's had plenty of practice portalling with her sword, so she's sure she can manage a handheld weapon with no issues, but she's wary of trying to carry anything too large. So Ciri gets to chopping down some branches on her side, laying them out at the side of the cliff. This section is narrow enough that a particularly talented horse might be able to jump it with enough of a running start, so thankfully the bridge doesn't need to be so long as it might've where they'd first stopped. The height of the tree will be enough to span it, and Ciri can help add branches for extra support on the far side.
Once Jesper's gotten started with the tree, which should form the base of the bridge, she does exactly that, laying out branches over the edge of the cliff. She watches as the wood all fuses together, branches and leaves and bark all knitting into one solid chunk, which in turn joins up with the rock. It's impressive, to say the least.
Ciri is the first to test it. She watches Jesper sway and begin to fall on the other side, indicating that the bridge is as done as it's going to get. With everyone watching, Ciri confidently takes a step onto the structure, then another, and jogs across.

"Nice work, everyone."
