I'm not sure if you saw him flying over Libertas, but he's got training in using a winged jetpack, originally for the purpose of para-rescue. Someone else from our world, Tony Stark, is the one who rebuilt the wings here. He's an engineering genius.

Before he can say more, chatter starts coming from the front of the wagons that they're ready to get the return trip started. Steve pushes off the wall and gestures for Sephiroth to follow. It doesn't take long for them to get back on the horse, literally in this case. Once Steve's settled into his saddle and they're riding alongside the now well-stocked wagons, he picks up where they left off, much like Sephiroth had. ]
