Rey has mixed results when it comes to resisting temptation. Successfully resisting the Dark Side is an ongoing battle, one that she sees less and less of a reason to continue fighting as she learns and grows. Though the whispers begin quietly, they seem to progress through the days, she's said mean things to otherwise kind workers in the castle. Things she should feel guilty for, but as the influence of Adlewyrd grows she cares less about the feelings of others and more about what she wants.

She hadn't been seeking Kylo out, but she found him all the same. She could feel his emotions too, feel something was off. She was worried about him, a genuine emotion that reflected all those deeper ones she kept pushed away. The temptation to let them out is pressing in on her, the voice in her ear insistent that things would be better if she stopped trying to deny how she feels.

Him snapping at her as he wheels around and the shattering of the glass makes it a little easier to focus.

"Ben?" She's been trying not to call him that in public or private, has avoided using his name in general, but it slips out now, concern coiling in her stomach.
