Sasarai doesn't respond to the middle finger. He's not sure what the gesture means, but he suspects it's intended to be rude. Somehow he doesn't have it in him to feel offended.
He watches Ronan stand and shakes his head in response to the question.
"No, the only thing I've been seeing in mirrors is my face."
Which isn't a lie, but not the whole truth. The problem, he thinks to himself, is that he is not the only one with his face. Sometimes he'd swear that he sees his twin brother staring back at him from his own reflection.
