[ Hythlodaeus's explanation, is - in a word - fascinating.

Electing to leave one's body something he's entirely familiar with, though yet again it brings to mind those legends of Fodlan and what he'd witnessed with his own eyes. As a result his own tea is rather forgotten while the other speaks, paying close attention to each word and phrase like it'll reveal the meaning sooner than Hythlodaeus means for it to.

It doesn't, not exactly, but he does blink to show he was paying attention and not simply staring with nothing else behind it when it's mentioned that any change in form would be at his whim and not the other's. How curious. ]

I have to admit this is one of the stranger things I've heard, mostly thanks to my not knowing much about the worlds others come from besides the smaller things they've told me here and there. And changing forms or leaving one's self hasn't exactly made it on that list, though there's... stories of something like that, in a way, where I'm from. So long as you're not about to turn into a large dragon, I think we'll get along just fine.

[ This part is said with a half-smile which might insinuate he's kidding about dragon transformations and what they mean, just a little inside joke of sorts with himself, but Claude's wrapped a tiny bit of truth in there. Fortunately, it's the Horizon so if things get too strange, he can leave as usual. Probably.

None of that is enough for him to not grant what's being asked, so Claude's quick to follow that up with a casual shrug and the palm of one hand turned up to the sky as if to say, what could go wrong? ]

I must admit, you've intrigued me with what you've said so consider this your permission to do as you'd like to for whatever form you might need while here.
