Istredd is truly flabbergasted, there is no better word for it. He is briefly without words entirely as the ground shaking turns into a very strange and unique sounding hum. He was lost in the Horizon but moved around to other domains before that, and he never experienced this.

"It's not connected to me directly, otherwise it would only happen when I was in here. And I would ... feel something wrong, psychically."

Especially when he is in here, but nothing precisely feels wrong or off. If anything, this seems completely disconnected from his own awareness and ability to make change. It is easy to assume it's him; his problem, the Singularity mad at him for some reason, but he feels like something else is going on. There's just no logic to hold onto.
