"Mmm. Desperation makes people do stupid things. Saw plenty of it back home, after Captain Trips." When things start breaking down, so do the rules people invented for society. It changes people, drives them to doing things they wouldn't normally.

"Too many human beings just can't function when the world around them starts changing in ways they weren't prepared for. Start taking away what they're used to and it's like they stop remembering how to be people." She shakes her head. These aren't thoughts she often expresses, but she knows full well that Geralt, like herself, is not included among those ranks. She'd been just fine when the daily trappings of society had been pulled out from under her. Or rather, she'd been able to survive without armed robbery, rampant murder, or enslaving anyone.

"And first of all, it's not my horse, it's a horse I use sometimes. Second of all, I can get on it fine...if I have something to step on."

She's already leading it over to where she can use a large rock to boost herself up into the saddle. The bodies don't seem to bother her, she doesn't give them another look. They were the ones who made a stupid mistake and paid the price for it. She's not going to feel badly for her part in how things ended.
