"Not really about these. The ones I've dealt with before were different. They were aggressive. Seeking out people to attack. We had to fight them off."

The difference between the risen dead last year and what had happened in Nadine's classroom was extreme. But she can at least talk about that, how what's happening now is outside her realm of experience.

"These were like I said. Just...confused, if anything. I was working on one when it happened, but it didn't do anything to me. It just...sat up. It didn't seem that aware of what was happening or where it was or that it was currently cut open and missing some organs..."

But maybe that sort of thing doesn't matter to a zombie. Nadine is far from an expert.
