"I know that," he responds. "But arguably there's always something wrong with me in general. And there's still times when there's very specific and much worse things wrong with me. Don't see why it'd be much different for the Singularity."

If one thing could be wrong with it, couldn't other things be wrong, too? If it's doing something like this, putting out...whatever it is, maybe something's changed. It just makes sense to him.

But he has only a vague and not terribly informed grasp of all of this.
