Considering all that's going on in Cadens, Nadine honestly thinks it's likely safer in the desert anyhow. Not as many concentrated areas of corpses. Besides, it's harder to find ingredients in the shops right now. If she wants to restock what she can, she has to collect it herself. And Geralt is with her, they aren't going far, it's fine.
