Rightfully, he thinks, since while most of their opponents, so to speak, aren't especially quick on their feet (or what's left of them in some cases), it's still a moving shape and that requires both extra and extra quick calculation for said shots. The mention of practice being easy to come by gets a bit of a wry smile from Claude. "More practice that we could've ever hoped for, given I didn't realize how many cemeteries are around here. Or just a short walk from the streets, whichever it turns out to be."

Something the other likely knows if he's also been out on patrols, so that's just restating the obvious. All the better to take the hand offered to him for a hearty handshake in return. "Claude von Riegan, nice to meet you. I'm not sure we've met before."

Or if they have, it was quick and in passing, and he's discovered there's still plenty of others he's yet to have met properly.
