[ It had taken some time, but finally...finally Himeka was able to lift the veil, connect with the strange but not discomforting presence since that dream. The image of the moth has been ever-present, both in her mind and in her peripheral. It cannot be a coincidence. Something has awakened.
Yet from everything she has gathered from the locals and mages, this wouldn't be a Primal. Not quite, at least not an intentional summoning. With no real place of worship, Himeka is left to her own devices in trying to contact the entity--this Koth--if she even can.
She's successful.
And she's left with more questions than answers, a litany of unintelligible mutterings mixed with what she can only believe is a prelude of things to come. It wasn't exactly like but also not unlike speaking with the Elementals, both holding a consciousness that is difficult to interpret at times. Yet something about it...it. Left her feeling a little weak, a little off. So she treats into the Horizon to gather her thoughts and step away from the decay that the commune has become.
Only to find herself hit suddenly with a sickening sweetness--which, coming from someone who loves to indulge in sweets as much as she does, shows just how terribly sweet it is. The scene before is anything but sweet, however; a strange tower of block-like houses being overtaken by a sticky pink substance, as if the ground itself has spat out sugary waste to consume everything above it.
Himeka has the misfortune landing in the ooze. She sighs, lifting her hand.
From one unsettling vision to another, it seems. ]
