He didn’t question that Jesper would likely do that anyway, because he struck him as that sort of person. While Sylvain would certainly be irritated at anyone holding someone responsible for things out of their control when there was fucked up magic being worked on all of them, he could understand, too, where Jesper had made his own mistakes beyond that. It wasn’t just him giving into an old temptation that made this personal between them.
