Other species. The origin of your world. Those topics are fascinating. Kell can't understand why anyone would consider them unworthy of study. It is pretty stupid not to remember your past. Forgetting it, will only make you repeat the mistakes already made.

Antari are the closest to another species that his home has, but they're still people. Humans. Kell still has trouble wrapping his head around the concept of other species. Even the vampires and werewolves are a lot to him. He can't help treating them in his mind as just people, but different.
