Um. This is- it's called the Horizon. It's not actually real, but it's a place where a group of people can connect with each other and meet up. I think... I'm pretty sure you want to be able to help people, but a lot of them are too far away, so coming here is the only way you can really connect with them face to face. At least, that's the impression I got.
