Where once Istredd's domain used to be a giant monolith, people visiting will see that it is newly redesigned to be a tower instead. The set up has changed from the black monolith rock to a typical stone with a tall arched door anyone can go inside.
Once inside anyone who knows him would be unsurprised to find that it is literally a tower of books. A large sprawling library with multiple floors and seemingly endless shelves. There are numerous places within it that someone can create their own reading nook and design it with their mind, similar to how they make their own domain. Istredd's space is very sensitive to the minds of its visitors, perhaps a product of his own telepathy.
Anyone can pull a book down and find it filled in with whatever they can remember of any book they know from home. It is possible their subconscious mind recalls more than they think, although it will not fill in anything that cannot be gleaned from their memory. The pages can turn into pictures, photographs, or even moving images depending on what they want to see when they open it. They can take it from the shelves or reach out and find it directly in their hand.
Books that are memorized by Istredd himself always appear full or mostly full, so some tomes from the Witcher world are available. There are magic books in here that speak of Chaos and Order magic, the fundamentals of his realm's knowledge. There are now several books with academic knowledge from Thorne within, although they will only be filled with as much as he remembers. These only appear when Istredd himself is in his domain as it requires his mind to work.
Istredd is rarely found right away when walking into the domain, he can be anywhere in the many levels. However, he knows instantly when someone arrives due to his connection to the domain, and will occasionally pop out his head to see who it is. There is definitely a feeling in the domain of someone being there when he's in the Horizon, even if he can't be seen.
Outside of his own domain, Istredd can often be found at the Singularity itself. He likes sitting by it and reading or writing notes, especially currently considering he is preparing for a visit to the real Singularity. His guard is very much down when he's there and he seems hyperfocused on what he's doing.
