Istredd glances up toward his perch with raised brows, pressing his lips together. He knows the boy is still a sore spot for his friend and heard the mumble, but he isn't going to put a bow on it either. It's true, Wilhelm probably has, but that would be getting no where. Rhy is a better source anyway. Teenagers aren't very reliable.

"I doubt he knew any more than Stephen does. At least his warded room seems to be intact."

Perhaps it sounds cold but that's because Istredd didn't know him well so he is in the purely pragmatic state. The warded room is the only place he and Yennefer feel safe talking frankly, and he has tested it out since Kylo Ren disappeared, added a few extra ones of his own just in case.
