I suppose I still consider it arrested if the threat of you immediately being tossed in a cell if they don't like your answers is there." It is a small difference to him. No one has been put into the jail cells that he knows of, but sooner or later someone will be. Either for good reasons or to try and get the others to talk. He would more likely call it quote marks questioned.
