Jesper thinks of casual as whatever people want to define it as. Hooking up, yes, having some romantic moments, absolutely. It's all about feeling good and enjoying each other's company to him. He probably should be more clear at times about what he means, but he is far less anxious and internally questioning than Wilhelm. His absolute confidence means he never second-guesses himself.

Jesper is genuinely surprised at how beautiful it is. It's one of those 'it can't be as amazing as they say, right?' moments but it is. He smiles wide as other sea creatures join the jellyfish and he laughs. It is pure joy, seeing something so unique.

"Hold on." Jesper keeps an arm around Wilhelm's waist but he uses the other to touch his coat and call his magnifying glasses to him from one of its hidden pockets. They're enchanted to essentially be binoculars, seeing far things up close when looking through them.

"Here." He puts the glasses on Wilhelm instead of handing it to him, since they're pretty wrapped up in each other and blankets. He doesn't hesitate to let him enjoy seeing the floating animals closer. He's a good date like that. "I can't believe they can fly as well as swim, it doesn't look like they have wings." So how it's happening is beyond him!
