He didn't specify who he had to be less of a dick to, so the loosey-goosey "rules" he's going with here just are towards Jack. Then again, in the grand scope of Thorne, Lucifer really is only a dick to Jack, and sometimes Kyle, but he actually likes Kyle to an extent so that's only been pushed back to On Occasion, For Old Time's Sake.

Lucifer is not a touch-oriented person either, but then he generally wants to ring Jack's neck. He sighs, long, drawn out, and put out. At least somewhere during their own negotiations Lucifer had finally released the man.

If only the negotiations for the factions would be this simple; they should take lessons from these two idiots.
