So far, Solvunn has been pretty open about these 'disappearances', even if they disguise it with kinder fates. [the least kind being, of course, people being sacrificed. she and a few fellow summoned have their theories.] Thorne is the other one I've heard of people gone missing. I don't think I've heard anything from our neighbors in the other corner of the map.
