"You're not wrong." She eyes him curiously, because that had been a very passionate argument so it was something he clearly felt strongly about. Something personal? She doesn't prod at it for the moment, though, instead letting her gaze drift around the others gathered here.

"It could be that he doesn't have the power or influence to thwart her plans beforehand. I don't know that much about their relationship or how the Queen chooses to rule. He may have to pick his battles where he can. Or he could just have been too foolish to realize the damage she was going to cause until it was too late. Something to look into, maybe. Especially if the Queen continues to react in this way."

She knows she's not the only one wondering what the woman will do the next time she has a temper tantrum. Or if it would be in everyone's best interests to make sure a different head is holding up the crown.
