Oh, fuck? Yeah, don't say that.

[Time to decide how to explain it. What parts to explain, what not to.]

I mostly use it to punctuate the thought, for emphasis. But it's actual meaning is crass.

Um. Fuck. Past tense fucked, continuous fucking. Fucks is either plural, or third person present.

So- 'I have no fucks to give' or 'what the fuck was that' or 'this entire conversation has gone of the fucking rails.'

[That last one is her actual description of what is going the fuck on right now.]

[Even the calming nature of Obi Wan's domain doesn't quite keep that question from being a problem.]

Proper usage is as a verb. It's- well, sexual intercourse. Not lovemaking, like- purely for the fun of it sex.

But casual use is more about a measure of concern one has, or about how impactful something is.

[Which raises a bunch of questions Abby's never considered as to how that became all its colloqial uses. Other than, of course, it being a fun word to say. Lot's of good sounds to it.]

It's got a lot of good sounds I guess? And it's short.

'Sexual intercourse' just doesn't fit into any sort of tempo.

[This, this is a good place to change the subject, and ask about literally anything else. But...]

What... is the equivalent in your world's lexicon?
