Who needs a party when you've got ritual sacrifice. [There is a morbid curiosity to Lucifer's presence here. Oh, he very much just wants to make sure that woman is decimated, certainly.
But he makes no offering and will not participate in any of the end, a continued sign about how he feels in terms of the gods.]
B. Hayle Streets
There's likely a 50/50 Thorne Summoned split taking in the sights and then the other half casing the joint, as it were. Casing all of Hayle. Finding its shadows, its dirty secrets, what makes it different from Thorne and Nott.
They always have to consider their options after all.
But there is less darkness than Lucifer would expect surface-level, which raises his nerves more than he'd like. Every city has its darkness, so where does this one's lurk if not out in the open?
Still, Lucifer is out and about. He may welcome a compatriot to eavesdrop with or hone in on any recently-kidnapped Summoned off by themselves and stick to them like glue, clearly displeased they're exploring alone.
C. Gala
Lucifer has in fact dressed up in a new outfit for the occasion, clearly taking some enjoyment from it.
He hasn't switched his table at the feast so he'll engage and talk to anyone with the "high fortune" of sharing his presence.
He's in good enough a mood that while Istredd's had the first dance with him already, Lucifer's willing to dance with anyone else. He's keeping apprised of the local officials, but he's up for having a good time, a night and day difference to his attitude in the last month.
