At the raised hand, Yennefer does not meet Sabine's attempt. Rather, her brow raises - half of the expression unimpressed and the other half curious. In short, no: she is not going to shake hands, so Sabine can let her hand fall when she wants, though Yennefer doesn't look surprised or confused at all. She's experienced what is probably this exact exchange before, and her reaction has been the same each time.

"Yes, well; as I'm sure you've heard, the Summoned were dealing with an unprecedented event. I probably wouldn't have given you the time of day." Yennefer says this with a small smile, but there is a sense of truth to what she says. Maybe some humor, if Sabine really wants to look for it. "What's your name, then?"
