[Harley like any child of Gotham longs for and appreciates the finer things in life. Fine art has a way of combining that with a share experience, the human condition. It didn't matter where someone was from, the pain was still pain, and longing still longing. There's no shortage of similarities in people when it comes down to it, more people were more alike than they considered.
That's what brought Harley here, she'd had her fill of the tavern and some of the other local haunts just weren't her style. When she wanted to be alone with herself she liked a nice view and the nicest view here just happened to the museum.]
Sorry. You weren't talking to me, were you? That happens sometimes and I never seem to get the hang of it.
People think talking to yourself is "crazy," but Einstein engaged in self-talk all the time and you know his thoughts on fish and bicycles.
( really, adrienne's more surprised by babble and einstein than someone picking up on what she'd said. which she hadn't actually realised she'd said aloud, so the question had been fair itself )
But I'd just overheard what someone had said about this piece and their analysis I wouldn't have thought of. Though maybe that's because I don't know much about this artist or their style.
I like art fine enough but I'm better with ink blots. If it's about interpretation, Rorschach knew how to let the mind wander.
[The art pieces in here aren't bad but they're not her style either. She preferred macabre mixed with street art. Pieces that challenged the status quo. There was also just art in acts, something that motivated more than canvas and oil.]
You sound classy. Too classy for a place like this one.
[Harley's not really in the business of mincing words for the sake of an insult. She'd rather just insult the person, there's no use in laying it on with all the passive aggression when aggression is right there ready and available to use whenever she needs it.]
My opinion? On what? Opinions are like assholes. I just call it like I see it. Didn't mean to rub you the wrong way, but I seem to have a talent for that. It's a big reason I don't have any cats.

( because it didn't sound like one, not about her or something that she enjoyed )
I also didn't ask your opinion.
( which is going to make her move from where she was to go and look at a different piece )
