"I'm an expert at random conversations!" Julia laughs, smiling widely back at her. She has an infectious energy, she can see that right away, and the kind of spirit that doesn't mind going up to people asking questions. Julia tends to attract introverts, or she finds herself endlessly drawn to them to tug out of their shell, but sometimes it's nice to just chatter at someone who makes it easy.
