(Her tiny dragon form would make scuttling about on the ground for great distances exceedingly impractical. She would know, she tried it.) That doesn't mean she can't appreciate it when she gets the chance. There is something freeing about it, though she would likely enjoy it more were there not a mess to clean up.
Magic alone could keep her seated, but Azem makes sure she holds on as she scans the landscape. Seeing the destruction her creation has already wrought makes her stomach churn, even knowing the damage isn't permanent. While she is incapable of dealing the finishing blow, Azem will make concerted efforts to restore the land to what it was before. At least she can promise that much.
