[ His eyebrow raises, a touch of fondness in his expression. Hobbies, hm? He supposes that's one way to approach it. ]

Anything can be a hobby if you wish.

[ He hands her the other piece affixed to her recorder so she can finish the reading. ]

Your age, about. She's here with me. Her name is Ciri.

[ They would have much to talk about. Something tells him they might get along, the two of them. ]

[ Adora takes the piece with a murmured thanks as she concentrates. Then, her eyes widen in recognition, looking up at him with a bright smile. ]

Ciri's your daughter? I already know her! I mean, we haven't talked since the first time I was here, but we met after the Singularity picked me as one of the people to warn everyone about the rifts last year.

[ It's a small world after all, and Adora kind of likes the idea that she already knows his daughter. For a fleeting second, she wonders what it would be like to have him as a dad, but she hates the way it makes her feel when she wishes she had a parent, so she pushes the thought aside. ]

But then I was gone, and we never really got to talk , talk.

[ Oh? Geralt tilts his head. Somehow, he did not expect they would have met, though it only makes sense that they would have. There aren't many young women Ciri's age in this world, and he knows she misses having friends.

He hadn't realized she witnessed the strange visions. He'd been told Ciri was in danger, but not from whom the information was passed. ]

You were singled out by the Singularity? [ A pause. There are more of the Summoned who experience this these days, but still not close to common. He himself has never found the Singularity responsive in any fashion. It doesn't surprise him, but it does mean he's often curious by those who are different. ]

Has it happened again since you returned?
