Julia is in the Feywilds when it begins and then she jumps into any other locations she can go to try and help people as chaos reigns across the land. She'll help the natives stop from getting dusted or in danger of the calamity. She is constantly moving and doing something helpful, never staying in one place for long, because as a goddess with no need for sleep, she doesn't have to slow down.

She may panic a little the first time she sees a modern world, thinking it might be hers, but she recognizes a building in it that didn't exist in hers. She's openly relieved. From her Horizon, Hudson the red dragon the size of a cat flaps out to join her, and she is glad to see her. She flies around Julia for the rest of the time.

Julia will tell others about what she learned from the gods and how they might be willing to help them in this last conflict. She visits the Singularity but sees that it is overcome with tendrils and decides that trying to connect with it might be too dangerous in the midst of all of this.
