Istredd kisses her forehead gently. "I could never forget you and the impact you made on my life. Be happy, Wanda. Find what you need and hold onto it." That's what Istredd is doing and what he wants for her. He and Lucifer are going no where because this is the life they chose for each other and themselves. And he has faith that Wanda is doing the same for reasons that matter.

When he ascends, he still will never forget Wanda, or the times they shared. Becoming a god will only make him more aware of what good he can do for someone, like what he did for her, and with her. She'll always have her place in Abraxas.
